A smarter way to mount solar panels on curved RV roofs. No drilling. All access.
The Radius Mount™ system is a patent-pending, pivoting, drill-free solar panel mounting solution purpose-built for Airstreams and other RVs with curved roofs. Unlike traditional solar brackets that require permanent drilling and restricted roof access, Radius Mount uses high-strength VHB adhesive to secure each anodized aluminum bracket. This creates a strong, weatherproof bond without making holes in your roof.
Need access to your roof? Just pull the built-in ratcheting lever and tilt the solar panel up. Whether you're performing maintenance or trying to reach vents or your A/C unit, Radius Mount makes it easy.
This is a clean, secure, and flexible solar mounting system designed for serious RV travelers.
Key Features
Pivoting Access
Lift the panel easily with a tool-free ratcheting lever to access roof-mounted components like vents or A/C units.
No-Drill Mounting
Mount directly to your roof using industrial-strength VHB tape. No screws or holes required. (Screw holes are included if you prefer that method.)
Designed for Curved Roofs
Custom bracket geometry fits the curves of Airstream and other RV roofs, providing a clean and low-profile look.
Tool-Free, Quick Release Lever Lock
The built-in ratcheting lever allows one-handed operation for quick lift or lock-in-place adjustments.
Durable, Lightweight Materials
Brackets are made from high-quality, weather-resistant anodized aluminum with stainless steel hardware for long-term outdoor use.
Universal Fit
Works with most rigid 50W to 400W solar panels. Brackets align with standard frame holes or can be adapted with custom drilling.
Install in About 30 Minutes
- Clean the roof with IPA to remove oils and dust.
- Apply VHB tape to the base of each roof-side bracket.
- Mount the panel-side brackets to your solar panel frame and connect each bracket pair using the included bolt hardware and front-mounted ratcheting lever.
- Line up on roof and press firmly.
- Apply Dicor sealant on and around the foot of the brackets to weather seal the VHB tape.
- Allow at least 72 hours for VHB tape and Dicor to fully cure before driving.
