Shipping Timeline

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order number. As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please note it may take up to 48 hours for a carrier update. If you need more information about your delivery, please contact the shipping company directly.

 

Shipping Costs

The Free Shipping promotion applies to United States customer orders that are valued at $150 or above. Domestic orders below $150 pay a flat $12.99 for shipping.

International orders are quoted postage fees at checkout.

 

Delivery Times & Methods

Most domestic orders ship within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and arrive within 1-5 business days. Expedited orders ship and arrive within 1-2 business days.

Our team decides the optimal shipping carrier for your order based on your destination.

 

Shipping carriers include UPS, FedEx and USPS.

Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii takes about 5 to 7 business days. To U.S. Territories, it takes approximately 7 to 10 business days.

APO/FPO orders ship via USPS, but allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery. Some items are not able to ship to APO/FPO due to size restrictions.

 

International Orders (Outside the USA)

Please be aware that international orders are subject to import duties which are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are not reflected in the postage fee quoted at checkout. The duty fee will be communicated to you via the shipping company during importation.
