Works perfectly! I had a different variant that had a spring-loaded plastic piece that quickly wore out and would not hold the locking lever in place. This one just works!

Air Intake Vent Stainless Steel Thumbscrew Conversion For 2024+ Airstreams - 4 Pack While the thumbscrews are a convenience upgrade and are very nice quality, since they are not doubled like the original screw, they bend the vent grill inward. It would be better if an extra spacer/nylon washer (approximately 2-3mm thick) to place on the backside of the grill to prevent it from bending inward when the thumb screw is tightened.
